Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Baby AI Photos, a service based in the United States. By placing an order, you agree to them.

For a one-time payment, we create 6 AI portraits of your baby from the photos you upload. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

The portraits are made by AI, so results vary. They are artistic portraits, not exact photographs of your baby.

Only upload photos of a child if you are their parent or guardian, or have their permission. You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to use them only to create your portraits, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The portraits are yours to keep and use however you like, including printing them, sharing them and using them commercially.

If you're not happy with your portraits, email support@babyaiphotos.com within 7 days of receiving them and we'll give you a full refund.

Please don't upload photos that you don't have the right to use, or try to use the service to create harmful or misleading images. We may cancel and refund orders that break these rules.

We work hard to keep the service running and your portraits looking great, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Questions? Email support@babyaiphotos.com.
