Baby AI Photos is based in the United States. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Baby AI Photos. You can reach us any time at support@babyaiphotos.com.

• Photos of your baby that you upload, so we can create your portraits.
• Your email address, so we can send you your portraits and help if something goes wrong.
• Your baby's age range, so we can pick portrait styles that suit them.
• Payment details, which go straight to our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage data, such as pages visited, so we can see what works and measure our ads.

We use your photos only to create your portraits. We never sell them, never use them in our marketing without your written permission, and never use them for anything else.

We use a few trusted service providers to run the AI, store photos, take payments and send emails. They only handle your data to do that work for us.

Your portraits are only visible through the private link we send you. Anyone with that link can see them, so share it only with people you trust.

We keep your photos and portraits so you can come back to your private link and so we can make a replacement if you ask for one. Email support@babyaiphotos.com at any time and we'll delete your photos and portraits from our servers and our providers' within 7 days.

Everything you send us travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Apart from our service providers, only the people who run Baby AI Photos can access your photos, and only to help with your order.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email support@babyaiphotos.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Baby AI Photos is for parents and guardians. Only upload photos of a child if you are their parent or guardian, or have their permission.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we'll let you know by email.
